Responsible for managing all construction work to meet Southland Custom Homes' high quality standards. Superintendents work closely with home owners, vendors, and sub-contractors to complete construction on time, within budget, striving to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Building Consultant (Sales)

Job Status: Open (Macon and Marietta Office)
The Building Consultant works closely with prospective new home owners, guiding them through the process of selecting plans, applying changes, options, upgrades colors and finishes. The Building Consultant assures that the prospect is fully aware of all available products, financing options, and the overall building process. Assists customer in locating land, if needed, and provides accurate estimates of all required site development costs, and total project costs. The Building Consultant is responsible for assuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Home Sales Trainee Assistant

Job Status: Closed
We need an energetic, upbeat individual who seeks a career in custom home sales for our very busy Marietta Ga. Model Home Center. As a Sales Trainee, your job duties will be providing sales and construction administrative support as well as interacting with clients and prospective clients. We strive to create a positive environment and a very high level of customer satisfaction.
You will learn exterior and interior home design, home specifications and amenities, pricing, site work estimating and how to write a complete Home Building Agreement. This is a full time position working Mon-Sat. After a six month period, an evaluation will be made as to your progress. After a satisfactory review, you may be offered a position as a Home building Consultant.

Corporate Administrative Assistant

The Corporate Administrative Assistant provides varied services in support of corporate personnel in Marietta , Georgia . These activities include job file preparation and distribution, advertising, record keeping, reporting, and document preparation. Although the focus of this position is in support of corporate operations, the Corporate Administrative Assistant will routinely interface with teams at Southland Custom Homes' local Model Home Showrooms.

Residential custom home construction estimator needed. Minimum 2 years experience. Requires a detail oriented individual with proficient skills and knowledge in View Point, Timberline, Bid Team/Quick EST or comparable estimating software, spreadsheets (Excel and Quatropro). Salary depends upon experience.

Drafter

Job Status: Closed
