Largely because of the diligence and positive spirit of Judy Henson, my son and I switched from another company to yours and my two daughters have since also signed up. Judy's work on our behalf has been impressive. My daughter says that Judy called here on day and said, "I have figured out how you and your husband can both get what you want." It is not often that someone will "go to bat for you" when you are not present. She exceeds the standard of good service and provides personal service�something that used to be a norm in our society, but now is very rare. I have never met anyone in the "sales phase" of home construction more accommodating. She is a wonderful representative for Southland Homes.

We are enthusiastically recommending Southland to the people that we know. We would also like to express our appreciation for your patience in our start delays in Lumpkin County. Most of our property readiness is done. The county is behind due to such rapid growth, and we are "gently pushing" D.O.T. for our private driveway permits.
