Southland Custom Homes utilizes extensive quality control during the construction process, which has produced warranty work on our homes well below the national average. This benefits you by minimizing the time you will spend waiting on workers to resolve issues that may arise after you move in. However, should you need a repair; our warranty staff is available 6 days a week. We
will make every effort to perform any warranty work with as little inconvenience to you and your
family as possible.
